1.ASA class I II and III
2.Age 18-70yrs
3.Patients undergoing lower abdominal ,lower limb surgeries
4.BMI more than 30
5.Patient who has given valid informed consent
Patients with known allergy to test drug
1.Patients with gross spinal deformities
2.Patient posted with bleeding diathesis
3.Patients with a history of any cardiac or respiratory or CNS disease.
4.Patients with hepatic or renal dysfunction,
5.Patients with raised intra cranial pressure.
6.Pregnant females.
7.Chronic alcoholic patients and malnourished patients
