Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Study in Chiang Mai University.
- •2\.Body mass index (BMI) 25\-29\.9 kg/m 2 .
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Have history of recent acute illness or chronic of
- •cardiovascular, respiratory, endocrine, metabolic, neurological, infectious diseases or mental
- •2\. Recently have physical exercise and consumption of substances
- •which could affect the cardiovascular or autonomic nervous system (e.g. medications,
- •caffeine, tobacco use and alcohol) 24 hours prior to the study.
- •3\. Active enrollment in any form of research with blinded therapeutic intervention,
- •4\. Not available follow up during study,
