入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Patients of both genders with age between 40 -65 years
- •2.Medically diagnosed patients of unilateral adhesive capsulitis
- •3.Patients reporting gradual onset and progressive worsening of pain (Visual Analog scale score ranging in between 3 - 8) and stiffness at shoulder at least from 3 month duration
- •4.Patients having at least 50 percent of passive ROM of gleno-humeral joint following capsular pattern
- •5.Presence of active / latent myofascial trigger points on palpation in at least 3 of the following muscles- Pectoralis major, infraspinatus, supraspinatus ,upper trapezius, middle deltoid.
排除标准
- •1.Patients having history of trauma, surgery or fracture of affected shoulder
- •2.Shoulder joint instability or dislocation
- •3.Systemic illness like rheumatoid arthritis, Reiterâ??s syndrome
- •4.Osteoarthritis of the affected shoulder joint.
- •5.Shoulder pain of cervical origin
- •6.Patients with neurological diseases or other severe medical or psychiatric disorders
