Inclusion Criteria
a)Mothers who had GDM and are coming irregularly for the follow up in the first year of postpartum period
b)Mothers who had GDM and who have never come for follow-up in the post-partum period
Exclusion Criteria
a)Mothers who were diagnosed with GDM who are coming for regular follow-up
b)Mothers who have relocated after delivery
c)Mothers who are not willing to participate in the study
d)Mothers who have psychiatric illnesses

Name Time Method This study will enable to have a clear picture on the barriers in post-partum follow up of GDM in various areas like antenatal care, delivery and care, medical care and service, psychological and social support, financial support, knowledge and awareness, baby and concerns that will help in development of evidence based interventions to delay or pre-vent type 2 diabetes mellitus among GDM patients.Timepoint: January 2018 to June 2018
