Individuals with a diagnosis of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD); without any other respiratory diseases; of both sexes; aged 18 years or older; clinically stable; without unstable cardiovascular diseases; without neurological disorders; without musculoskeletal diseases; and capable of undergoing the proposed assessments and interventions
Individuals who experience respiratory, cardiovascular, or musculoskeletal complications during assessments and interventions; exacerbation of pulmonary disease; the need for hospitalization; individuals who express their desire to withdraw from the study

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method An improvement in the perception of happiness is expected, evaluated by the "Subjective Happiness Scale," with an increase of at least 5.13 points. Data will be collected one week before the intervention and one week after the intervention.;An improvement in the perception of happiness is expected, evaluated by the "Cantril's Happiness Scale," with an increase of at least 1 point. Data will be collected one week before the intervention and one week after the intervention.
