Inclusion Criteria
Agreement for participation in the study
Age of 20 to 65 years old
Diagnosing patients with carpal tunnel syndrome by a neurologist:
Carpal tunnel syndrome severity: Mild, moderate, or severe.
Exclusion Criteria
Not attending follow-up appointments during various phases of the study
Reaction and sensitivity to the prescribed supplement
Non-compliance with recommendations and nutritional supplements
Suffering from cardiovascular diseases, blood pressure, diabetes, liver, kidney, thyroid, malignancies and other neurological disorders
