入选标准
- •All patients who have the necessary cooperation to intervene and evaluate.
- •Have the admission to the ward under consideration and the candidate to move to the other ward.
- •The patient is alert and aware of time, place and person.
- •Ability to understand and understand Persian language content
- •All patients aged 18-85 years.
- •The patient is breathing spontaneously and is not intubated or supported by a ventilator.
排除标准
- •The occurrence of unpredictable events during the transfer process (such as cardiopulmonary arrest and resuscitation in the ward)
- •Not willing to continue cooperation
- •Transfer to other medical centers or early consent for discharge
