Overweight and obesity (BMI of 23-30 kg/m2)
Subjects with hypertension, type 2 diabetes, used medicine of previous or current treatment for gastrointestinal diseases, chronic diseases, thyroid abnormality or immune-compromising disease, hepatitis, cancer, transplant patient, used probiotic supplement 2 weeks before screening, used antibiotic medicine before 4 weeks, used medicine affecting bodyweight, energy expenditure, or glucose for last 3 months, used vitamin and mineral supplement within 6 months before screening, current smoker, alcohol drinking, pregnant or lactation were excluded.
