入选标准
- •Adult patients aged 18 years or older.
- •Patients scheduled to undergo neurosurgical surgery at Fukushima Medical University Hospital or Japanese Red Cross Fukushima Hospital after April
- •Patients able to provide written informed consent before surgery.
排除标准
- •Patients with a history of disease or trauma affecting the oral and maxillofacial region.
- •Patients with dysphagia or swallowing disorders.
- •Patients with cognitive impairment that interferes with study assessments.
- •Patients with diseases causing severe restrictions in nutritional intake (e.g., gastrointestinal obstruction).
- •Patients unable to undergo MRI examination (e.g., pacemaker implantation).
- •Patients considered difficult to follow up (e.g., transfer to another hospital).
