Inclusion Criteria
Patients With Classical Signs And Symptoms Of Rujakarmarmakshata(Sprain)like Ruja(Pain)Shotha(Swelling)Snayustabdhata(Stiffness)Alpakaryakshamtva(Difficulty In Movement)Tenderness Or Among Of Them Minimum Two Of These Sign And Symptoms If Present Will Be Included
First And Up To Second Grade Of Sprain
Exclusion Criteria
Age Below 18 Years And Above 60 Years
Third Grade Of Sprain
Localised Defects Like Pathological Fracture Open Wound
Acquired Anomalies Like Osteomyelitis Rheumatoid Arthritis And Coagulopathy Like Hemophilia
Fractures With Complications Like Injury To Blood Vessels Or Nerves
