Inclusion Criteria

  • •All patients with hypertension above the age of 18 years based on the criteria described by Whelton et al., 2017\.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients less than 18 years of age
  • •2\.Patients with secondary hypertension
  • •3\.Failure to obtain informed consent from
  • •the participant
  • •4\.Pregnant females
  • •5\.Patients with AIDS
  • •6\.Patients with severe systemic illness
  • •7\.Patients taking drugs like
  • •corticosteroids, nonsteroidal anti\-
  • •inflammatory agents, tricyclic
