Brief Summary

this study is randamized, double blind, parallel group trail comparing the safety and efficacy of mukhakantikara gel prepared by churna and extracts in 40 patients with hyperpigmentation that will be conducted in our institute hospital in india, the primary ontcome of measures will be improvement on MASI scale on 45th day.

Inclusion Criteria
  • patients with clinical signs of vyanga as per ayurvedic classics will be included.
  • chronicity less than 5 years.
Exclusion Criteria
  • inflammatory pigmentation hyperpigmentation caused by tumor like malignant melanoma.
  • hyperpigmentation caused by acne vulgaris.
  • hyperpigmentation caused due to systemic diseases.
  • hyperpigmentation since birth.
