women aged 40 to 60 years, monthly household income below 50% of the national median income, and those who understood the purpose of the research and voluntarily agreed to participate in the research
Those with cognitive impairment such as dementia
Those who take cognitive function improvement drugs
Those who are eligible for health insurance
Those with neuropsychiatric medical history or currently taking neuropsychiatric drugs
Those who are taking drugs that affect the central nervous system and learning ability
Those who have recently been advised to prohibit exercise from a specialist
