Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1All patient of Indirect inguinal hernia
- •2All patient of Direct inguinal hernia
- •3All patients of Indirect/Direct Unilateral hernia
- •4All patients of Indirect/Direct Bilateral hernia
- •5Age above 18 and below 70 yrs
- •6Controlled cases of hypertension ( <150/90 mmHg )
- •7Controlled cases of diabetes mellitus ( <180 mg/dL ) (HBA1c <= 7.0)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1Age below 18 and above 70 yrs
- •2Scrotal hernias
- •3Strangulated hernias
- •4Congenital hernias
- •5Inguinal hernia with femoral canal occluded
- •6If finger can get above the swelling â?? Scrotal swelling
- •7HIV , HBsAG Infected
- •8Collagen or connective tissue disorders.
- •9Malignancy of bowel ,colon and testis
