Inclusion Criteria

1All patient of Indirect inguinal hernia

2All patient of Direct inguinal hernia

3All patients of Indirect/Direct Unilateral hernia

4All patients of Indirect/Direct Bilateral hernia

5Age above 18 and below 70 yrs

6Controlled cases of hypertension ( <150/90 mmHg )

7Controlled cases of diabetes mellitus ( <180 mg/dL ) (HBA1c <= 7.0)

Exclusion Criteria

1Age below 18 and above 70 yrs

2Scrotal hernias

3Strangulated hernias

4Congenital hernias

5Inguinal hernia with femoral canal occluded

6If finger can get above the swelling â?? Scrotal swelling

7HIV , HBsAG Infected

8Collagen or connective tissue disorders.

9Malignancy of bowel ,colon and testis
