Patient who are between the age group
18-60 years
Both male and Female.
Who had no confirmed physical and mental illness were selected without any bar of age, sex, cast, religion, occupation, economic status and gender
1.Patient having age <18 and >60
2.Pregnant women and lactating mothers
3.Known case of diabetes, severe hypertension, cardiovascular disease, hemiplegic, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, malignancies, acquired immune deficiency syndrome ,known cases of tuberculosis, psychiatric patients ,and obesity due to hormonal imbalances were excluded from study..

Name Time Method Specific effects of water on health in relation to intake of meals have been explained in classics . Water when consumed before meal during good appetite may result in emaciation. Drinking little quantity of water intermittently along with food gives the strength to body and result in maintenance of health. Drinking of water just after meals may result in obesity. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: one year
