Inclusion Criteria
1.Primigravidae mothers admitted in Lady Goschen hospital, who underwent delivery at term gestation
2.Mothers literate in Kannada
3.Mothers with a smartphone and using WhatsApp
4.Mothers who have thayi card
Exclusion Criteria
Mothers whose newborns are admitted to NICU
2. Mothers who have postpartum complications , requiring ICU stay
