patients coming to Neurology OPD with symptoms & signs of CTS of atleast 3 months with atleast one of the following electrophysiology features
Median motor distal Latency >4.5 ms
Difference in Median and Ulnar motor distal latency >0.5ms
Median sensory latency >3.4ms
Difference in Median and Ulnar sensory peak Latency >0.5ms
Severe CTS with thenar atrophy
18 years of age
Not willing to participate/give consent
Contraindications for corticosteroid injections (eg: skin infection at site)
Traumatic/Neoplastic origin of symptoms
