  • •Patients posted for elective Total Hip Replacement surgeries in Sanjay Gandhi Institute Of Trauma And Orthopedics, Bengaluru

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with coagulopathy, neurological diseases, spine deformities,
  • •Any contraindication for regional techniques.
  • •Patients in whom block failed or when other analgesic or anaesthetic techniques have been supplemented.
  • •Patients allergic to study drug.
