- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Patients suffering from acute or acute on chronic illness.
排除标准
- •1.Hematological diseases.
- •2.Proven or suspected hepatitis and an associated pathology known to affect ferritin levels.
- •3.Congenital heart disease.
- •4.Presence of confirmed or suspected endocrine disease involving the somatotropic and corticotropic axes.
- •5.Diagnosis of congenital or acquired immunosuppression,
- •6.Confirmed or suspected congenital glucose metabolism alterations, severe liver impairment.
- •7.Hematological diseases, including iron deficiency anemia due to long-term insufficient iron intake.
- •8.Malignancy and pregnancy
- •9.Evidence of infection due to falciparum malaria.
- •10.Family history or previous diagnosis of hemophagocytic syndrome; recipient of frequent blood transfusion.
