Inclusion Criteria
Babies admitted at FMMCH during the study period will be the study population. Birth weight less than 2500gm will be termed low birth weight according to WHO definition.
Exclusion Criteria
Age >24 hours
Babies with congenital anomaly involving upper limb, lower limbs.
