- •At least six months passed from the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes
- •Age between 30\-55
- •Definitive diagnosis of type 2 diabetes by doctor
- •The patient lives with the family
Exclusion Criteria
- •Severe debilitating complications associated with diabetes
