Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Adults with at least one negative childhood experience from childhood to age 18
- •\- Childhood negative experiences: emotional abuse, physical abuse, sexual abuse, physical neglect, emotional neglect, parental violence, domestic mental illness, domestic criminality, domestic drug abuse, parental divorce or separation)
- •2\. Mothers raising children under the age of 7
- •3\. If you understand the purpose of the research and voluntarily agree to participate in the research,
- •\-\> Targets who are eligible for all 1, 2, and 3 above can participate in the program
Exclusion Criteria
- •A person who has personal counseling or is currently on psychiatric medication
