1.Married Female patients of reproductive age from 18 to 40 years. Patients having active married life minimum 1 year (or six months if a woman is 35 or older) with having anovulatory cycle.
2.PCOS with at least 2 of diagnostic criteria. A. Oligo/amenorrhea, anovulation (Inter-menstrual period of more than 35 days for 3 consecutive cycles)/amenorrhea for more than 3 months). B. Clinical evidence of Acne/Hirsutism/alopecia. C. Polycystic ovaries appearance on ultrasound (PCOS should have at least one of the following: either 12 or more follicles measuring 2+- mm in diameter or increased ovarian volume ( >10 cm3). Only one ovary fitting this definition or a single occurrence of one of the above criteria is sufficient to define the PCO.
3.Normal Pelvic USG
4.No recent treatment for Ovulation Induction.
5.Already confirmed diagnosis of anovulatory female
6.Primary and secondary both types of infertile patients have anovulatory cycle or with immature ovarian follicle
1.Female who have structural deformity preventing fertility
2.Congenital anatomical defect.
3.Uncontrolled systemic disease like Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, cardiac disease, renal diseases etc.
4.BMI > 35Kg/m2
5.Unexplained infertility

Name Time Method Primary outcome of the study is comparing the proportion of occurrence of Ovulation at the end of 9 months between Folliculinum 6C add on Individualized homoeopathic medicine & Individualized homoeopathic medicine alone using chi square test. Significant level p 0.05. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Timepoint: End of 9 months
