Inclusion Criteria

Lung cancer patients aged 19 to 80 years undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy at St. Vincent's Hospital

Exclusion Criteria

1) Patients who do not agree to participate in this study
2) Patients who previously underwent thoracoscopic surgery
3) Patients who find it difficult to evaluate their symptoms due to communication problems
4) Patients with a history of neuropsychiatry
5) Patients with a history of chronic pain disease
