入选标准
- •Patient that will undergo a kidney transplantation with a kidney from a living
- •Age between 18 and 80 years old.
- •Written informed consent
排除标准
- •Chronic infections
- •Diabetes mellitus
- •Use of immunosuppressive medication (e.g. prednisone) or anti-inflammatory
- •drugs (e.g. NSAIDs) within 3 months prior to study entry
- •Clinically significant infections within 3 months prior to study (defined as
- •fever >38.5)
- •Hospital admission or surgery with general anaesthesia within 3 months prior to
- •study entry
- •Liver disease (ALAT more than three times upper reference limit) or known liver
- •Previous vaccination within 3 months prior to study entry
- •Inability to personally provide written informed consent (e.g. for linguistic
- •or mental reasons)
- •Inability to undergo PET-CT scanning
- •History of hematological malignant disease
- •Documented bleeding diathesis or thrombocytopenia <50 *10e9/L
