Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Age 60\-80 years
  • •2\. Scheduled for elective craniotomy
  • •3\. ASA 2\-3
  • •4\. expected duration of surgery more than 2 hours

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. permanent cardiac arrhythmia
  • •2\. severe cardiac disease ie. LVEF\< 30%, moderate to severe AR or AS
  • •3\. BMI \> 35 kg/m2
  • •4\. patients who are receiving vasopressor therapy before surgery
