- •2. Scheduled for elective craniotomy
- •3. ASA 2-3
- •4. expected duration of surgery more than 2 hours
排除标准
- •1. permanent cardiac arrhythmia
- •2. severe cardiac disease ie. LVEF< 30%, moderate to severe AR or AS
- •3. BMI > 35 kg/m2
- •4. patients who are receiving vasopressor therapy before surgery
