Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age 60\-80 years
- •2\. Scheduled for elective craniotomy
- •3\. ASA 2\-3
- •4\. expected duration of surgery more than 2 hours
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. permanent cardiac arrhythmia
- •2\. severe cardiac disease ie. LVEF\< 30%, moderate to severe AR or AS
- •3\. BMI \> 35 kg/m2
- •4\. patients who are receiving vasopressor therapy before surgery
