1. Patients who have non-infected impacted mandibular third molar
2. Patients who have moderate difficult impacted mandibular third molar according to Pedersons difficulty index
3. Patients who have level A or B depth impacted mandibular third molar
4. Age between 15 to 35 years old
5. Patients who have American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) class I or II
1.Patients who have more than 5 mm periodontal pocket or dental caries at distal site of adjacent mandibular second molar
2.Smoker, alcoholic, cannabis user or drug abuser
3.On drug therapy that may interfere with healing after the surgery such as glucocorticoid steroids, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, or antibiotics
4.Pregnant women, lactating women, and patients who take oral estrogen-containing contraceptive drugs
5.Patients who have blood disorders such as Thalassemia or G6PD deficiency
6.Psychiatric patients
7.Patients who cannot participate in the study and postoperative follow-up
8.Patients who cannot follow the postoperative instructions
