入选标准
- •Patients (>18 years old) with neurological physical symptoms unexplained by disease. The following clusters of symptoms will be included:
- •* Tension type headache
- •* Back and neck pain
- •* Pseudo movement disorders
- •* Mainly sensory disturbances
- •* Mainly motor disturbances
- •* Pseudo-epilepsy
排除标准
- •* Duration of symptoms more than one year
- •* Patients known prior to assessment to have psychiatric disorders other than somatoform, depressive, or anxiety disorders
- •* Patients with a primary diagnosis of a severe mood, anxiety, or psychotic disorders requiring psychiatric treatment
- •* Patients who are in dispute about financial or social benefit
- •* Patients suffering from a major somatic disease, incl neurological disease
