Patients (>18 years old) with neurological physical symptoms unexplained by disease. The following clusters of symptoms will be included:
* Tension type headache
* Back and neck pain
* Pseudo movement disorders
* Mainly sensory disturbances
* Mainly motor disturbances
* Pseudo-epilepsy
* Duration of symptoms more than one year
* Patients known prior to assessment to have psychiatric disorders other than somatoform, depressive, or anxiety disorders
* Patients with a primary diagnosis of a severe mood, anxiety, or psychotic disorders requiring psychiatric treatment
* Patients who are in dispute about financial or social benefit
* Patients suffering from a major somatic disease, incl neurological disease

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method <p>The primary outcome is the patient*s level of activities of daily living 12<br /><br>months after Randomisation. Physical disability will be assessed with the AMC<br /><br>linear disability scale (ALDS). </p><br>
