presence of bladder stone less than 20 millimeter
Adult patients older than 18 years old
Having informed consent form for entering study

Exclusion Criteria

presence of coagulopathy
pregnancy
Active urinary tract infection
severe cardiopulmonary disease
contraindication to general or regional anesthesia
