- •study will be carried out on 60 patient of ASA grade 1 and grade 2 for upper limb surgeries ,after clearance from ethical committee.patient will under go pre-anaesthetic check up ,wrritten informed consent will be obtained . patiet will receive either 30 ml levobupivacaine with adjuvant dexmedetomidine or normal saline for supraclavicular brachial plexus block under usg guidance.
排除标准
- •1)age < 18 years and > 60 years
- •2)pregnancy
- •3)infection at puncture site
- •4)coagulopathy
- •5)allery to local anaesthetic
- •6)psychiatric illness
- •7)Neuropathy
- •8)brachial plexus injury
