Inclusion Criteria
Recurrence of nasal polyps after one or more surgery
Exclusion Criteria
People with systemic diseases such as diabetes and high blood pressure
All patients with underlying disorders including cystic fibrosis, kartagener, respiratory ciliary mobility disorder

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The symptoms in the two groups of study will be determined and compared before surgery and one and six months after that, as the outcome of this clinical trial by questionnaire. Evaluation of the patient's clinical symptoms in this questionnaire that is based on Rhinosinusitis Symptom Inventory System will be made and scored before and after the treatment. Timepoint: Before surgery and one and six months after that by questionnaire. Method of measurement: Questionnaire based on Rhinosinusitis Symptom Inventory System.
