Malignant melanoma stage III + IV
Merkel cell carcinoma stage III + IV
Squamous cell carcinoma stage III + IV

Older 18 years

Malignant melanoma, Merkel cell carcinoma or squamous cell carcinoma stage I + II
Younger than 18 years
insufficient knowledge of German
