1. 19 years old or older and less than 70 years old
2. Those who have no objection to nicotine patch and auricular acupuncture treatment
3. Smoking more than 10 cigarettes a day
4. A person who has attempted or is willing to quit smoking
5. Those who are using nicotine patches to quit smoking or are willing to receive assistance
6. Those who voluntarily decided to participate in the clinical trial and gave their written consent
1. Those who have cardiovascular and lung diseases
2. Those who have difficulty with auricular acupuncture, such as otitis externa
3. Those who are reluctant to use acupuncture
4. Those who have difficulty attaching nicotine patches and auricular acupuncture due to the disease including severe dermatitis
5. Those who have or are currently undergoing treatment for mental illness
6. Those who are expected to have difficulties in conducting the questionnaire
