Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. adult aged over 60 years
- •2\. exhibiting SCD or meet pre\-clinical dementia criteria. They were required to show a specific level of cognitive change as indicated by their responses to the following set of questions aligning with the NIA\-AA definition of transitional cognitive decline along the Alzheimer's disease continuum, who defined based on a positive response to at least Q1 and Q3
- •3\. able to perform daily activities on their own and have no impairments or disabilities in movement, seeing and hearing
- •4\. able to communicate in Thai and join throughout the program
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. participants who had a confirmed diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease or other form of dementia
- •2\. showing signs of suspected dementia based on Thai MMSE score below 24 out of 30, in the prodromal stage based on a MoCA score below 26
- •3\. diagnosed with MDD, psychosis, or sever health conditions such as cancer were excluded from the study
