Patients aged 20 to 65 years old undergoing trans-oral robotic surgery under general anesthesia
- Grade I and II of American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) physical status classification system
- Patients who disagree with this study.
- Patients with hypertension or diabetes
- Patients with history of surgery, such as corneal surgery, glaucoma, cataracts, and intraocular lens insertion for vision correction
- Patients with history of an increased intracranial pressure or central nervous system diseases such as a brain tumor
