入选标准
- •Children and adolescent with suspicion to inflammatory bowel disease
- •Diagnosis of CU or UC on the basis of endoscopic and histological findings
- •Children and adolescent without histological findings serve as control group
- •Children and adolescent with follow-up colonoscopy (in case of known inflammatory bowel disease or other medical indication like familiary polyposis coli)
- •Age 6-19 years, male, female
- •Written inform consent (signature of parents / legal guardin)
- •Medical ability to undergo colonoscopy
排除标准
- •Missing signature on written consent
- •Contraindication for colonoscopy with mucosal biopsies
- •Existing other severe disease (anemia, pathologic coagulation tests or anticoagulant medication etc.)
