Inclusion Criteria
1. 20 to 65 years old
2. Symptom over the plantar heel or the plantar fascia area, duration of at least 4 weeks
3. Pain score greater or equal to 3 points on an 11-point numeric rating scale (NRS)
Exclusion Criteria
1. Pes cavus
2. Symptoms associated with the neurological system
3. Had lower extremity trauma in the past 6 months
4. Received lower extremity surgery in the past 6 months
