Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Gestational period : gestation age 36 weeks and above
- •2\.Antenatal mothers who are willing and available at time of data collection
- •3\.Who can speak, read and write Kannada
- •4\.Postnatal mothers are primi mothers who attended the prenatal training session and delivered newborn either cesarean or normal vaginal delivery in selected hospital.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Risk pregnancies such as Threatened abortions, hypertension, Diabetic, Placenta previa abrutio placenta
