Inclusion Criteria
Adult patients with Acute Kidney injury requiring intermittent hemodialysis
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with CKD stage 5D(eGFR <15ml/min)
Patients who are on inotropes or systolic blood pres-sure <100mmHg
Patients with decompensated liver disease
Patients with HFrEF with EF <40%
ARDS ,pneumonia or any other lung pathology interfering with lung ultrasound visualisation of B lines
Receiving any form of renal replacement therapy before admission to JIPMER.

Name Time Method To compare the status of euvolemia(defined as BLS score 5)in conventional versus ultrasound-guided ultrafiltration among hemodynamically stable AKI patients requiring dialysis.Timepoint: before and after dialysis , for a maximum of two weeks
