Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Adult patients with Acute Kidney injury requiring intermittent hemodialysis
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with CKD stage 5D(eGFR \<15ml/min)
- •Patients who are on inotropes or systolic blood pres\-sure \<100mmHg
- •Patients with decompensated liver disease
- •Patients with HFrEF with EF \<40%
- •ARDS ,pneumonia or any other lung pathology interfering with lung ultrasound visualisation of B lines
- •Receiving any form of renal replacement therapy before admission to JIPMER.
