Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

•Adult patients with Acute Kidney injury requiring intermittent hemodialysis

Exclusion Criteria

•Patients with CKD stage 5D(eGFR \<15ml/min)
•Patients who are on inotropes or systolic blood pres\-sure \<100mmHg
•Patients with decompensated liver disease
•Patients with HFrEF with EF \<40%
•ARDS ,pneumonia or any other lung pathology interfering with lung ultrasound visualisation of B lines
•Receiving any form of renal replacement therapy before admission to JIPMER.
