Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age 25\-40 years
- •teachers experience of minimum 1 year
Exclusion Criteria
- •Back pain with trauma.
- •Any neurological symptoms involving Prolapsed Intervertebral Disc, Radiculopathy
- •History of RA, Ankylosing spondylitis etc.
- •History of recent abdominal, back surgeries etc.
- •Any contraindication for exercises. (fever, hypotension, recent fractures etc.)
- •An inability to understand instruction
- •Less than one year of experience
- •Post\-menopausal women
