入选标准
- •100 patients with insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus or non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus under ongoing pharmaceutical therapy;
- •100 patients without diabetes mellitus (control cohort)
排除标准
- •Age < 18 years,
- •Intolerance of ultrasound gel,
- •Known peripheral small vessel disease if patient is screened as non-diabetic,
- •Persistent ulcers in measurement area,
- •Moderate or severe peripheral vascular disease
