入选标准
- •1.Intra-capsular (IC) fracture neck of femur (NOF) treated by:
- •a)Closed reduction and internal fixation (CRIF) with Cannulated cancellous screws (CCS).
- •b)Open reduction and internal fixation (ORIF) with (CCS).
- •c)Valgus osteotomy with double angled barrel plate.
- •2.Intertrochanteric (IT) fracture treated with:
- •a) Dynamic hip screw (DHS).
- •b) Proximal femoral nail(PFN).
排除标准
- •1.Pathological fractures
- •2.Platelet count less than 1.3 lakhs.
- •3.Patient on any medication altering the platelet count or the function.
- •4.Pregnant or Lactating ladies
- •5.Immunocompromised patient.
- •6.Any systemic infection to impair normal healing.
- •7.Metabolic bone disease.
- •8.Patients of unsound mind or undergoing psychiatric treatment
