1. Older adults from primary care units diagnosed with knee OA
2. Age at least 60 year
3. Oxford knee score at 0 - 39
1. history of hip and/or knee replacement surgery
2. history of below the knee surgery
3. pain in one or both knees at rest (more than 7 out of 10 on the numerical rating scale)
4. neurological conditions resulting in a loss of sensory perception, muscular weakness, and loss of balance, such as stroke, spinal cord injury, Parkinson disease, dementia, vertigo, or vestibular disturbance
5. inability to understand the researcher verbal instructions
