- •1. Older adults from primary care units diagnosed with knee OA
- •2. Age at least 60 year
- •3. Oxford knee score at 0 - 39
排除标准
- •1. history of hip and/or knee replacement surgery
- •2. history of below the knee surgery
- •3. pain in one or both knees at rest (more than 7 out of 10 on the numerical rating scale)
- •4. neurological conditions resulting in a loss of sensory perception, muscular weakness, and loss of balance, such as stroke, spinal cord injury, Parkinson disease, dementia, vertigo, or vestibular disturbance
- •5. inability to understand the researcher verbal instructions
