Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Older adults from primary care units diagnosed with knee OA
- •2\. Age at least 60 year
- •3\. Oxford knee score at 0 \- 39
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. history of hip and/or knee replacement surgery
- •2\. history of below the knee surgery
- •3\. pain in one or both knees at rest (more than 7 out of 10 on the numerical rating scale)
- •4\. neurological conditions resulting in a loss of sensory perception, muscular weakness, and loss of balance, such as stroke, spinal cord injury, Parkinson disease, dementia, vertigo, or vestibular disturbance
- •5\. inability to understand the researcher verbal instructions
