Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •elective surgery, American society of anesthesiology physical classification 1\-2 (physically normal or mild disease does not affect systemic function)
- •preschool aged 36\-60 monthschildren undergoing tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy
Exclusion Criteria
- •A patient who cannot measure with an tympanic membrane temperature, or who cannot attach a thermometer to the armpit or forehead.
