Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients between 18 to 60 years of age.
2.Patients with the classical features of Mandal Kushtha (Chronic Plaque Psoriasis).
3.Patients not taking any other medicine for Mandal Kushtha (Chronic Plaque Psoriasis).
4.Patients fit for Vamana and Virechana
5.Patients willing to provide consent for trial.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Pregnant women and lactating mothers.
2.Patients suffering from systemic disorders as Cardiac Problem, Uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus, Uncontrolled Hypertension, Paralysis, Malignancy, HIV, HBsAg, Leprosy.
3.Patients suffering from Psoriatic arthritis.
