Name Time Method utrition Education Program (NEP) may impact young female adultâ??s eating practice and their dietary intake quality. <br/ ><br>The data collected from this research will establish rich data or information regarding the current scenario of practicing mindful eating. <br/ ><br>This study will help contribute to work related to eating disorders, weight loss and any chronic diet related conditions. <br/ ><br>Data collected from this study will help other researchers to develop their own teaching aids and design their nutrition education programs for specific communities. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: At baseline
